Jessica Anderson Named to Honorable Mentions List at Hardin-Simmons University

2011 Jun 22

Jessica Anderson, of Abilene, TX, has been named to the Hardin-Simmons University Honorable Mentions List for the Spring 2011 semester.

Students with an Honorable Mention carry 6-11 semester hours and carry a GPA of 3.6 or higher.

With its 13:1 student-to-faculty ratio, students enjoy personal attention as they pursue over 70 fields of undergraduate study, 20 fields of graduate study, and seven pre-professional programs.

For the 20th year, HSU guaranteed students a tuition rate that does not increase as long as full-time enrollment is maintained during consecutive fall and spring semesters. HSU also distributes approximately $12 million each year in scholarships to students, and has an enrollment of approximately 2,300 undergraduate and graduate students.

Founded in 1891, HSU is affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas and provides an academically challenging undergraduate education based on a liberal arts foundation. Combining a commitment to academic excellence with a concern for the development of the total person, Hardin-Simmons provides An Education Enlightened by Faith.
